Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Immigration Paralegal with extensive experience in employment-based immigration matters. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of successfully preparing and filing complex visa petitions and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely cares about helping clients navigate immigration processes and takes pride in delivering organized, high-quality work.

  • Prepare, assemble, and file employment-based immigration petitions and applications, including:
    • H-1B
    • L-1A
    • TN
    • E-2
    • EB-1
    • EB-5
  • Draft USCIS forms, support letters, and professional correspondence
  • Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other government inquiries
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation and case information
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files, track deadlines
  • Follow established internal processes and procedures
  • Utilize case management software (MyCase + Immigration add-ons)
  • Work within Office 365, including Teams and OneDrive, to collaborate and manage documents

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working with U.S.-based clients in employment-based immigration
  • Proven experience preparing and submitting H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, EB-5 petitions with a record of successful outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration processes and documentation requirements
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems in a cloud-based environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to helping individuals and businesses
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
