Job Description
• Achieving sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services
• Growing awareness and educating physicians on product use in surgical procedures
• Maintaining relationships with customers to gain their trust
• Monitoring sales against forecasts
• Coordinating with hospital administration and purchasing
• Providing feedback for the development of marketing programs
• Working autonomously to achieve established goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience
- High School degree required
- Experience with hospital based selling in the operating room
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and social skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- At least 50% travel required, including visits to remote or urban areas
