Job Description

• Deliver client service for recordkeeping, administration and servicing of assigned book of business to promote revenue growth, productivity and exceptional levels of client satisfaction. • Proactively ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations. • Discuss the compliance testing process/results and all required government filings. • Ensure that all services are delivered within documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors, internal teams and day to day contacts. • Daily report monitoring and management, document pertinent client communication and provide internal and external project management support. • Effectively communicate with all technical and support teams to ensure that recordkeeping items are maintained for all assigned plans, including coordination of all plan amendments. • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree and two (2) years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • ASPPA or other industry designations (such as NIPA or CEBS) preferred.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Must have knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to competently use research tools to obtain knowledge of and apply current regulations.
  • Ability to prepare spreadsheets, reconcile numbers and analyze financial data.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to develop application software skills provided by internal training.
