Job Description
Job Requirements
- Associate degree and two (2) years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ASPPA or other industry designations (such as NIPA or CEBS) preferred.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Must have knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
- Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to competently use research tools to obtain knowledge of and apply current regulations.
- Ability to prepare spreadsheets, reconcile numbers and analyze financial data.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to develop application software skills provided by internal training.

The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, conducting regular sessions to address software, workflow, and data questions while collaborating to translate operational requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities also include providing consultation on migration processes, workflows, ILS technology utilization, and analyzing requests for custom solutions.
The consultant will lead Phase 1 Student implementation projects with a large team of integration developers, working directly with stakeholders to confirm requirements and drive sign-off. Key duties include evaluating technical impacts, creating detailed interface specifications, and developing, testing, and deploying necessary integrations.
