Job Description

• Support the successful execution of civil construction projects by assisting the Estimating Team, Project Manager, Superintendent, and field teams. • Acts as a critical link between the office and the field, coordinating technical information, documentation, schedule updates, and communications. • Assist the Project Manager with ongoing changes, issues, and project needs throughout the job lifecycle. • Collaborate with the Project Manager and the Superintendent to maintain the project schedule. • Bridge the gap between estimating and the course of construction by validating IFC plans, quantities, and assumptions. • Assist with preparing, tracking, and reconciling change orders and contract true-ups throughout the project. • Manage Submittal and RFI processes. • Assist with material sourcing and procurement in coordination with the Project Manager and Estimator. • Manage GPS topos including surveys and compare GPS models. • Maintain FAA Part 107 Drone License and conduct UAV operations as required.

Job Requirements

1–3 years of experience in civil construction (internship experience may be considered).
Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and standards.
Proficiency in Magnet/Topcon Office and construction management software preferred but not required (Procore, Acumatica, Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft 365, or similar).
FAA Part 107 Drone License (required or ability to obtain within 6 months).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Must be able to travel full-time.
