Job Description
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in digital learning development, multimedia production, or technical eLearning development
- Advanced proficiency in video production and editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, or equivalent)
- Strong motion graphics and animation capability
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI and LMS platforms
- Strong visual design, interaction design, and storytelling fundamentals
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices
