This position involves contributing to shaping the future of pediatric mental health care by leading the development and management of our PMHNP Residency Program.
- Develop and implement the complete residency program structure.
- Build and codify the residency curriculum focusing on pediatric mental health.
- Lead accreditation efforts in line with CAPP requirements.
- Mentor and train residents during their transition to professional practice.
- Design and implement evaluation systems to track resident progress.
- Manage performance issues and support residents in meeting clinical standards.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams for program success.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- PMHNP-BC certification.
- Active PMHNP/APRN license in Virginia, Pennsylvania, NJ, or MD.
- At least 3 years of experience as a CRNP and 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric psychiatry.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate a healthcare team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.
