Job Description

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules such as ITSM • Build and maintain custom ServiceNow functionality using: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions • Implement and optimize integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs • Configure and enhance Employee Center Pro experiences and HR service workflows. • Develop and maintain GRC controls, policy/compliance workflows, and reporting dashboards. • Support SecOps and VR use cases such as vulnerability ingestion, remediation workflows, and security incident management. • Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior developers and administrators. • Collaborate with platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Job Requirements

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on development experience with: JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform (Glide APIs)
Scoped applications
Flow Designer / Workflow
Service Catalog
Proven experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules, including modules such as: ITSM, SPM, HRSD, ECP, GRC, SecOps / Vulnerability Response, Nuvolo
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), data loads, and system interfaces.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow security model: ACLs, roles, groups, data policies
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
US Citizenship required.
Clearance: Public Trust T3 (Or the ability to obtain and maintain one)
