Job Description
• Conduct Onboarding video & audio consultations with members at the beginning of their program.
• Address any high-level questions a member may have on the program and create the foundations for long lasting behavioral change.
• Work through the Sword Portal to process information shared by the member to build a brief for the treatment PT.
• Create handoff notes for the treatment PT to correctly follow the member.
• Ensure high levels of member satisfaction from the start, setting the stage for continued program participation and success.
Job Requirements
- Must hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders (Sports background is a plus!).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage members.
- Creative thinking and adaptability to a hands-off, remote approach.
- Hard-working and capable of managing the pressures of a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, prescribed between 10 and 25 hours per week, with the expectation that the hours prescribed are the hours worked.
- Minimal to no hours are available to be worked on the weekends.
