Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or associated fields
- 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage change with executives across functions
- Proven ability to bring alignment, negotiate and influence stakeholders, to drive projects to completion
- Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail. Proven experience designing and implementing processes that scale
- Exceptional communications skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- Deep analytic skills, the ability to home in on key data, derive and communicate insights
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and change in fast-paced environments
- Nice-to-have: Experience supporting large scale enterprise transformation, operational improvement, or strategic initiatives
- Nice-to-have: Exposure to hybrid cloud data storage, AI value chain, data platforms, or large-scale technology programs
- Nice-to-have: PMP, SAFe, or similar project/program management certifications
