• Lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of financial reporting
• Manage standard and ad hoc reporting for accuracy and alignment with business needs
• Manage data-to-report process and reporting tools
• Collaborate with finance teams to analyze performance
• Guide Finance & Reporting Specialists in standardized report development
Job Requirements
- 7 years of financial planning, analytics, reporting and/or process improvement/management experience
- 3 years of leadership/management experience, including people management
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders
- < 5% travel
