• Partner with our Commercial team by delivering to prospects, clients, and partners the Hello Heart value proposition and product overview, as well as answering their questions/objections • Speak to the Hello Heart solution and its value proposition at speaking engagements, with typical conferences including employer benefits conferences, health plan conferences, etc. • Effectively collaborate with members of cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Consultant Relations, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and deliver prospect and client-facing expertise • Mentor and help lead the Medical Affairs team • Provide feedback and create purpose-built content to improve the solution and support the sales process focused on Hello Heart Solutions • Learn and understand the various tools utilized by our Commercial teams, driving further enablement and adding value • Serve as a clinical and solutions SME for internal teams and during meetings with prospects, partners, consultants, and existing clients to understand our differentiators and to drive excitement about our value proposition • Develop and maintain intra-company relationships consistent with our values • Assist with clinical and solution responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals • Serve as a company-wide internal resource on the enablement of product features and research activities • Execute high-level sales presentations for our most valued partners
