Job Description
• Organize and perform billing for specified portions for the Company’s business
• Follow up on specified customer base to accelerate collections
• Responsible for approximately 150 customer invoices, monthly
• Recognize revenue on billings following the Company’s policies and procedures
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare documents and schedules for external audits
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
Job Requirements
- Oversee all specified billing and collections activity for the Company
- Contribute to payment posting and application to customer accounts
- Assist in the month-end close, account reconciliations, and prepare ad hoc reports
- Train and provide assistance to other staff members within the team
