The Opportunity

As an Alliances Partner Manager, you are responsible for building and nurturing high-impact strategic partnerships with top ISVs and technology providers to drive adoption of our platform and strengthen our joint go-to-market efforts. This role blends business development, solution strategy, and partner enablement — ensuring that alliances deliver measurable value for both partners and our customers. The partner manager will identify and prioritize target partners, shape joint solution roadmaps, oversee technical alignment, and drive execution of co-innovation and marketplace opportunities to deliver integrated solutions that accelerate digital transformation and business growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Own relationships with strategic ISV and technology partners, driving joint solution strategy and execution.
  • Align partner solutions with our platform capabilities, ensuring technical and business fit.
  • Collaborate with partner engineers, product, and GTM teams to deliver integrations, co-sell motions, and marketplace offerings.
  • Negotiate and define technical alliance roadmaps, including proof-of-concepts, integrations, and launch plans.
  • Ability to drive deals forward & negotiate core terms for Grammarly.
  • Act as a partner advocate internally, shaping product strategy with partner insights.
  • Have strong organizational and analytical skills.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or business development with a technical orientation, ideally familiarity with AI-centered technologies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, and partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with core AI integration frameworks, including MCP, A2A, and others.
  • Understanding of multi-agent systems, APIs, or enterprise adoption patterns for generative AI.
  • Proven ability to drive co-innovation and bring partner solutions to market.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Compensation and Benefits

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future.

United States: 

Zone 1: $226,000 – $270,000 OTE/year (USD)

Zone 2: $204,000 – $230,000 OTE/year (USD)

 

Canada: 

Zone 1: 194,000 – $265,000 OTE/year (CAD)

 

The commission portion for this role will be 30% of the On-Target Earning (OTE).
