Job Description
• managing and developing assigned territory to grow business
• executing channel growth strategies in partnership with the territory team, sales manager, and marketing department
• responsible for ongoing management and prospecting of target customer lists
• managing all prospecting, sales, and customer service activities using Hubspot CRM and Netsuite ERP
• organizing a value-driven travel schedule that supports KPIs
• providing regular feedback on customer visits
• negotiating sales of shower, bath units, and accessories
• developing and maintaining working relationships with vendors, professionals, and contractors
• determining pricing and handling quotations
• attending trade shows in the territory and supporting event logistics
• developing a comprehensive understanding of products and solutions
• communicating effectively with internal and external customers
Job Requirements

- territory knowledge for remodeling, construction networking, bathing building codes, and compliance
- outgoing rapport building style
- skilled prospector and lead qualifier
- demonstrated partnering with company departments to achieve successful sales
- thorough working knowledge of sales practices/procedures and office practices
- extensive knowledge in business and technical writing
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- develop a working knowledge of Aging in Place concepts and ADA regulations
- presentation and organizational/time management skills
- proven customer service and public speaking skills
- attention to detail and good listening skills
- demonstrated maturity and professionalism
- knowledge and basic skills in MS Office, CRM software, and NetSuite ERP
- excellent phone etiquette
- ability to make sound decisions while maintaining confidentiality
