Job Description

• managing and developing assigned territory to grow business • executing channel growth strategies in partnership with the territory team, sales manager, and marketing department • responsible for ongoing management and prospecting of target customer lists • managing all prospecting, sales, and customer service activities using Hubspot CRM and Netsuite ERP • organizing a value-driven travel schedule that supports KPIs • providing regular feedback on customer visits • negotiating sales of shower, bath units, and accessories • developing and maintaining working relationships with vendors, professionals, and contractors • determining pricing and handling quotations • attending trade shows in the territory and supporting event logistics • developing a comprehensive understanding of products and solutions • communicating effectively with internal and external customers

  • knowledge and basic skills in MS Office, CRM software, and NetSuite ERP
  • excellent phone etiquette
  • ability to make sound decisions while maintaining confidentiality
