Job Description
• Handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment
• Resolving general questions regarding insurance and financial assistance
• Processing payments
• Following client-specific protocols and policies
• Investigating and responding to client enquiries as needed
• Entering and monitoring payment arrangements
Job Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience working in Call Center or Customer Service function
- Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong organization skills
- The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and assignments
- Ability to work successfully and cooperatively within a team-based environment
- Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls
- Minimum internet speed: 40 mbps download, 5 mbps upload
- Hard wired internet connection required
