Job Description
• Hands-on coaching and mentorship to elevate a junior team
• Assess team structure and go-to-market strategy

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional sales experience
- 1-2 years in a leadership or 'Lead' role
- Direct experience in Mid-Market or Commercial segments
- Strong background in AdTech, MarTech, or Data/Audience Measurement
- Knowledge of the media landscape and data-driven marketing ROI
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft/Outreach
- Must have extreme grit, coachability, and perseverance
