Job Description

• Provide technical support and risk identification for serviceability and safety • Create and maintain technical literature and service bulletins • Drive product reliability through Continuous Improvement Process • Collaborate with quality management and engineering teams to improve overall lifecycle costs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with creating technical literature/documents and providing product technical support to customers
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex product system problems
  • Knowledge of controls, control panels, system wiring, and instrumentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to write technical documents and literature
  • Identifies and understands problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information
