• Lead, develop, and manage a team of HR Business Partner Specialists supporting multiple business units. • Advice and counsel, interpretation, direction, clarification and guidance on the full range of HR policies, practices, programs, and issues. • Labor agreement interpretation support. • Primary contact to investigate HR inquiries from business unit clients, union representatives, and HR partners. • Small to medium project management to standardize, optimize, and improve efficiency of employee services operations. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure operational success. • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for HR Business Partner Specialist and the broader Client Partnership Organization.
