Job Description
• Develops and implements strategic plans for clinical programs focused on behavioral health conditions
• Leads cross-functional teams in the execution of clinical initiatives
• Establishes strong partnerships with behavioral health network team and clinical partners
• Influences and engages with senior leaders and key stakeholders
• Monitors and evaluates program performance
• Stays abreast of industry trends and advancements in behavioral health
• Represents company with high visibility constituents
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years relevant work experience
- 5+ years’ experience and technical/functional expertise in management consulting, financial analysis, project management, operations management and/or strategic execution.
- 3+ years’ experience of ownership strategic execution of programs within the healthcare or behavioral health care sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data
- Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material
