Job Description
• Manage month-end/year-end close processes
• Maintenance of the general ledger
• Development of internal controls
• Day-to-day accounting operations
• Oversight of inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset and/or rebate accounting groups
• Provide comprehensive, accurate, timely and relevant financial analysis and reporting to management
• Lead, coach and manage team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
- 6 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance
- 1 year of management/people leadership experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Experience with ERP financial systems (Oracle a plus)
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
