• Promote student success by providing preventive services
• Implement a comprehensive school counseling program
• Help all students plan for postsecondary options
• Manage emotions and develop interpersonal skills
• Focus on college and career readiness
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop graduation plans
• Provide short-term counseling and referrals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of experience in counseling and/or advisement
- School Counselor License
- Ability to clear required background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to travel as needed
