• EAM System Management: Manages Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technology, including system integration, data accuracy, performance dashboards, and reporting. • Lifecycle & Maintenance Operations: Oversees maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory control to minimize downtime and maximize asset life. • Performance & Compliance: Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to improve operational efficiency and ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. • Financial & Resource Management: Develops budgets for maintenance, conducts cost-benefit analyses, and manages capital planning/investment decisions. • Leadership: Leads, trains, and supervises technical staff, while collaborating with stakeholders in IT, Facilities, and Engineering • Strategic Asset Planning: Develops and implements comprehensive asset management policies, procedures, and long-term, risk-based maintenance strategies.
