Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding of Garner’s Employer and DataPro products and our clinical methodologies • Serve as the subject matter expert, supporting the sales team in presenting our cutting-edge healthcare platforms during the sales process • Conduct discovery calls and help manage relationships with high-value prospects • Clearly and persuasively communicate Garner’s capabilities and unique value propositions • Project-manage technical solution design and RFP responses to support critical new business opportunities • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive product enhancements

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the healthcare consulting or technical sales
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful platform strategies
  • An ability to manage complex projects and achieve results against tight deadlines
  • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment preferred
