Job Description
• Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and fellow clinicians
• Complete timely documentation in our EHR
• Support families with education and care coordination
Job Requirements
- Active Arizona license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
