Job Description

• Lead planning, execution, and closure of large-scale or high-impact projects. • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. • Manage project risks, issues, and changes; implement mitigation strategies. • Coordinate and supervise project team members and external partners. • Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders; provide regular status updates. • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, departmental, and organizational policies. • Monitor project performance; report on progress, deliverables, and outcomes. • Facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration. • Prepare and deliver project documentation and presentations.

Job Requirements

  • Must be authorized to permanently work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • A minimum of (7) years of project management experience, preferably in federal or large-scale environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
