Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience writing specifically for mortgage, lending, or real estate finance companies
- Strong understanding of underwriting, loan qualification, LTV, DTI, credit requirements
- Familiarity with mortgage compliance language (no misleading claims, no rate guarantees, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of RESPA / TILA regulations is a plus
