Job Description

• Shape and execute strategy for workplace and end-user technologies • Lead IT Service Desk and end-user computing services • Ensure operational excellence, security, and alignment with enterprise goals • Oversee administration, performance, and reliability of enterprise databases • Lead IAM strategy and operations including Okta and Active Directory • Oversee configuration and administration of Jira and Confluence • Establish governance for enterprise tool usage • Define roadmaps for modernization and establish KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 15+ years in IT infrastructure/operations with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in database operations (SQL Server/MySQL/Postgres/NoSQL)
  • Hands-on leadership experience with IAM platforms (AD, Azure AD, Okta, Ping, etc.)
  • Proven experience administering and scaling Jira/Confluence or equivalent tools
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, change management, and operational best practices
  • Certifications: AWS/Azure Database Specialty, CISSP, CISM, Atlassian Certified Administrator, ITIL
  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government)
