Role Description
As a Consulting Services (CS) Implementation Consultant | Indago, you will participate in client consulting engagements and take ownership of implementation tasks that deliver high‑quality outcomes. You will be responsible for supporting aligned Project Managers by organizing and controlling project tasks, while working independently with customers on short‑term engagements.
- Work independently on smaller implementation projects while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
- Identify project issues and risks, communicating recommended direction to the Project Manager
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, anticipating conditions that may impact estimates or project budgets
- Meet utilization targets while consistently delivering high‑quality implementation outcomes
- Demonstrate strong functional knowledge across modules aligned with your certification track
Qualifications
- 2+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success and knowledge in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of Epicor Indago software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Requirements
- Ability to meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time
- Experience developing work plans, identifying resource needs, setting priorities, and monitoring task performance
- Customer‑centric, results‑oriented, and self‑motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
