Role Description

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.

The Manager, Transformation & Enablement is a player-coach leader responsible for delivering enterprise change enablement and internal consulting support that improves adoption, leader follow-through, and measurable workforce outcomes. This role translates enterprise priorities into a focused consulting portfolio, leads structured problem diagnosis and solution design, and ensures interventions are implemented with reinforcement rather than treated as one-time launches.

  • Lead the Transformation & Enablement portfolio, translating enterprise priorities into a sequenced consulting plan with clear scope, owners, and success measures.
  • Deliver and oversee structured consulting engagements, including diagnosis, facilitation, solution design, implementation support, and reinforcement.
  • Ensure retention and experience initiatives include clear leader expectations, practical tools, and accountability mechanisms that increase follow-through.
  • Partner with Culture & Experience to align change enablement with culture systems and communications, reducing duplication and noise.
  • Partner with Organizational Intelligence to translate insights into targeted recommendations, pilots, and scale decisions.
  • Establish adoption and reinforcement approaches for major initiatives, including leader routines, enablement pathways, and measurement of follow-through.
  • Manage and develop consultants, setting quality standards for executive-ready outputs and practical implementation support.
  • Maintain intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance discipline so the team focuses on the highest-impact work.
  • Identify risks to adoption and execution, and coordinate mitigation plans with stakeholders across HR and the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in change management, internal consulting, organizational effectiveness, transformation delivery, or related work required.
  • Leading structured internal consulting engagements end-to-end
  • Building and managing an intake/prioritization process and portfolio governance
  • Designing adoption and reinforcement approaches

Requirements

  • Knowledge of enterprise change enablement, internal consulting, and transformation delivery practices that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Leader enablement, behavior change, and accountability mechanisms that ensure sustained follow-through beyond launch.
  • Organizational development and coaching principles applied to leader effectiveness, retention, and employee experience.
  • Translating workforce insights into targeted recommendations, pilots, and scalable enablement and reinforcement solutions.
  • Strong consulting toolkit, including problem framing, facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and executive-ready synthesis.
  • Ability to design for adoption and reinforcement, not just launch delivery.
  • Strong partnership skills across HR and business stakeholders, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Measurement orientation, including adoption indicators, pilot evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Benefits

  • A competitive annual salary between $120,000 - $155,000 with annual bonus potential based on performance
  • ACG offers excellent and comprehensive benefits packages, including:
    • Medical, dental and vision benefits
    • 401k Match
    • Paid parental leave and adoption assistance
    • Paid Time Off (PTO), company paid holidays, CEO days, and floating holidays
    • Paid volunteer day annually
    • Tuition assistance program, professional certification reimbursement program and other professional development opportunities
    • AAA Membership
    • Discounts, perks, and rewards and much more
