Job Description
• Develop and scale QA program with call audits and scorecards
• Design and deliver training for new hires and ongoing education
• Own insurance licensing process and provide support
• Use QA data to identify skill gaps and drive training initiatives
• Maintain internal knowledge base for accurate information
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Carrier Relations
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in insurance operations (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
- Active P&C license (or willingness to obtain)
- 2+ years of experience in training, quality auditing, or performance coaching
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to communicate complex insurance regulations clearly
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
