• Design and develop full-stack applications and integrations that connect AI/LLM capabilities with existing martech ecosystems, focusing on optimizing output quality and cost efficiency across multiple LLM providers • Build internal tools that automate operational processes, enhance sales enablement, and accelerate delivery team efficiency while maintaining our high standards of client service • Architect data management strategies and API integrations that support seamless information flow between AI tools and client martech stacks • Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Marketing Strategists to design AI-enhanced workstreams that provide unprecedented value to clients • Work alongside client-facing teams to support AI strategy workshops, technical demonstrations, and the development of AI-specific service offerings • Manage context windows, prompt optimization, and LLM provider selection to ensure optimal performance and cost management across various use cases • Build enhanced integrations that leverage LLMs to augment existing martech capabilities, focusing on practical applications • Develop database constructs and cloud-based solutions that support our growing portfolio of AI-enhanced tools and client services • Stay current with AI/ML advancements and emerging technologies to continuously evolve our capabilities and maintain our competitive edge • Contribute to Stitch's knowledge base and internal documentation to ensure AI best practices are accessible across all teams • Effectively manage your time to achieve quarterly billable hour targets while balancing internal development work with client-facing responsibilities • Occasionally travel, up to 20%, to client sites to actively participate in strategic AI discussions and technical implementations • Maintain relevant AI and marketing technology certifications, including required Braze certifications and emerging AI/LLM platform certifications • Perform additional duties as assigned to support Stitch's rapid growth and innovation objectives • Design enterprise-grade system architectures that incorporate data governance, security considerations, and scalable integration patterns for complex client environments
