Job Requirements
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations with a dedicated focus on benefits and leave management
- Direct experience with Workday or Dayforce HRIS for benefits and leave administration
- Demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end global leave management, including understanding and applying complex multi-jurisdictional regulations
- Proven experience in global benefits administration, including vendor management, renewals, plan design, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of relevant federal, state, and international employment laws pertaining to leave (e.g., FMLA, ADA, PFL) and benefits (e.g., ERISA, ACA, GDPR)
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, define priorities, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external partners
- A strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct.
