• Administer and support core IT systems like our Identity Provider, SSO systems, Google Workspace, and device MDM • Manage user lifecycle across systems in collaboration with HR and Security teams • Serve as the primary escalation point for IT requests and incidents • Partner with Security and GRC functions to maintain technical controls for audits like SOC II, ISO 27001, and HIPAA • Create and maintain documentation and runbooks for how to perform common IT tasks • Identify recurring issues and friction points, implementing process or tooling improvements over time to continuously improve our IT systems
