- : Take full responsibility for project deliverables, demonstrate initiative, and proactively solve challenges.
- Technical Mastery
- : 4+ years of deep experience with React, NextJS, Typescript, or 5+ years of overall frontend development.
- Problem-Solving
- : Navigate engineering tradeoffs effectively, balancing speed with quality.
- Education
- : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience in a software development role.
- Design Insight
- : Ability to interpret product discussions, identify UI/UX needs, and create initial mock-ups or wireframes.
- Bonus
- Proficiency with Material UI and experience with Jotai or Recoil.js.
- Experience in crafting UX designs using Figma.
- Experience in integrating and maintaining CRUD API endpoints. Familiarity with Postgres, Redis, tRPC, Vercel, and Azure.
- Prior roles as a tech lead and experience in the fast-paced startup environment.
