Job Description
Role Description
This role involves being a results-driven Account Executive with a passion for Salesforce and a desire to win. You will own the entire sales cycle, from the initial introduction to the final close. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Driving new business by identifying and qualifying leads.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conducting compelling presentations and demonstrations of our Salesforce solutions.
- Navigating complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts.
- Writing Statements of Work (SOWs) and outlining project deliverables.
- Collaborating with the Salesforce ecosystem in a co-selling motion to expand opportunities.
- Working closely with our internal delivery teams to ensure a seamless handoff and successful project implementation.
- Proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to our sales processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including deep product knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Field Service Management.
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive the complete sales cycle from start to finish.
- Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- A desire to continuously learn, improve, and win.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce implementation lifecycle.
- The ability to design high-level solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience providing project estimates to clients.
