Role Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service as a remote CSR - Customer Service Rep.

• Answer inbound calls with professionalism
• Build rapport with customers and accurately capture job details
• Schedule and dispatch service calls considering urgency, availability, and location
• Document every detail in the CRM, including calls, job notes, and customer information
• Support the entire operation through clear communication and timely follow-ups

Qualifications

• Phone-based customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Professional and calm phone presence
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated remote work environment
• Experience in plumbing or home service dispatch, sales or booking with inbound calls is a plus
• Familiarity with scheduling or dispatching using FieldPulse or ServiceTitan software is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple calls in a fast-paced environment is a plus
