Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service as a remote CSR - Customer Service Rep.
- Answer inbound calls with professionalism
- Build rapport with customers and accurately capture job details
- Schedule and dispatch service calls considering urgency, availability, and location
- Document every detail in the CRM, including calls, job notes, and customer information
- Support the entire operation through clear communication and timely follow-ups
Qualifications
- Phone-based customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Professional and calm phone presence
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated remote work environment
- Experience in plumbing or home service dispatch, sales or booking with inbound calls is a plus
- Familiarity with scheduling or dispatching using FieldPulse or ServiceTitan software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple calls in a fast-paced environment is a plus
