Role Description

This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, focusing on sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates and promote the ReWorks Solutions employer brand.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define job descriptions, and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Utilize various talent sourcing tools, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and progress within the applicant tracking system.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to continuously improve hiring practices and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience using Teams/Indeed/Clickup.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to finding innovative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours.
