Role Description
- Conduct quality assurance assessments to ensure services meet established standards.
- Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Manage scheduling of assessments and audits in coordination with relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records of QA activities and participant schedules.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
- Communicate findings and suggestions for improvements to stakeholders.
- Respond to scheduling changes and conflicts proactively to ensure continuing operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in QA processes along with scheduling or administrative tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working U.S. hours.
