About Us: At Matchnode, we specialize in performance-driven digital marketing with a focus on growing brands that make an impact—especially in the health and wellness space. We partner with innovative clients ranging from VC-backed telehealth startups to leading wellness platforms. With a robust in-house media buying team behind you, you'll be empowered to deliver strategic leadership without getting lost in execution. The Role: We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Executive to join our growing team. You’ll own client relationships for 6–10 accounts—most of them in the digital health category. You’ll serve as the strategic point of contact, managing campaign goals, coordinating with our media buying team, and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts, owning day-to-day communications Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans aligned with client goals Partner with media buyers to oversee campaign execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels Review and interpret campaign data to deliver clear, insightful reporting and recommendations Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell services where appropriate Maintain high client satisfaction, retention, and performance standards Stay current on trends in digital health and performance marketing Qualifications: Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Flexible remote work Training and development opportunities A culture that encourages innovation, experimentation, and use of new tools (especially AI!) Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, agency experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategies and performance metrics
  • Experience in digital health or health & wellness marketing is a major plus
  • Comfortable owning client relationships and collaborating across teams
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience buying ads on Meta or Google
