- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and negotiate with vendors for optimal results.
- Proficiency in technology tools, data analysis, and virtual event platforms.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with occasional travel (~30%).
