Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Management, or a related field (Preferred).
- 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (Required).
- Experience in partnering with hiring managers (Required).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent critical thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced Computer skills in the MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated candidate sourcing background.
- Strong knowledge of best practices for recruiting, interviewing, extending, and/or negotiating offers.
- Collaborative and creative team player.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and a criminal background check.
- Requires a self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who pays close attention to detail and can prioritize in a fast-moving environment with excellent consulting, client management, and business literacy skills.
- Strong conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
- Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.
- Manage multiple business unit needs in various locations.
- Manage multiple conflicting priorities.
- Flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
- Self-directed and motivated.
- Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
- Compensation
- We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is $40/hr.
