Job Requirements
- 5+ Years of proven experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one core D365 F&O module (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Solid understanding of ERP business processes and cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional system designs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics D365 Finance/Supply Chain highly desirable.
- Experience with associated tools and technologies such as SQL Reporting Services or Microsoft Power Platform are highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
- Proven demonstration and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
