Manage multiple technical teams, shape SaaS product features, and implement scalable backend architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product, security, and operations teams, to ensure defenses are effective, automated, and measurable. Influence the cybersecurity posture of organizations across industries while driving innovation in a fully remote, highly collaborative environment. Lead and scale multiple engineering teams responsible for autonomous defensive systems, including tripwires, rapid response, and endpoint security validation. Drive product ownership for precision defense features, from concept through deployment and iteration, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and threat intelligence. Architect and oversee distributed backend systems, ETL pipelines, and telemetry integrations to support scalable, reliable, and high-performance cybersecurity solutions. Translate offensive security insights into actionable defenses, integrating with EDR, SIEM, ITSM, and other control systems to enhance detection and response capabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and Operations to define technical priorities, roadmaps, and metrics for team success. Mentor and develop engineering managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of high ownership, innovation, and continuous learning. Ensure system reliability, observability, and security best practices across all Precision Defense platforms.
