• Own the leadership operating rhythm, including scheduling and facilitating weekly leadership meetings, creative reviews, and planning sessions. • Set agendas, capture decisions, track action items, and ensure follow-through. • Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for leadership and board meetings. • Act as a day-to-day thought partner to the CEO on priorities, trade-offs, and studio health. • Translate studio goals into quarterly and annual plans (OKRs, roadmaps, milestones). • Track progress across teams and surface risks early. • Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives and special projects. • Improve workflows and processes across Design, Engineering, Art, and Production. • Serve as a central point of coordination between Creative, Production, and Business teams. • Support internal communications and company updates.
