Drive the overarching recruitment strategy as a forward-looking partner to the VP of Recruitment, leading operational initiatives with full autonomy
Synthesize complex recruitment data into clear, compelling narratives that allow executive leadership to make informed decisions on company growth
Own the entire recruitment technology ecosystem, including Greenhouse, BrightHire, Guide, and Endorsed, while continuously researching emerging tech to maintain a competitive edge
Translate long-term business goals into high-impact hiring practices and processes that serve the entire organization
Conduct comprehensive budgetary analyses to provide high-level ROI insights and guide strategic investments across the talent acquisition function
Advise the VP of Recruitment on team capacity by using data-driven forecasting for recruiters and coordinators
Proactively collect and analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and recommend immediate actions to improve performance across all departments
Use a data driven approach to improve automation and workflow processes for the recruiting organization
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business to drive alignment and ensure the adoption of new operational standards
Lead and mentor the recruitment coordinator team, establishing clear KPIs and building robust development plans to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline
Identify and execute business-wide improvements by analyzing recruitment trends to increase the efficiency of hiring managers and interviewers
