Job Description

• Identify, establish, and nurture business sales relationships with property management companies. • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs. • Emphasize product features to showcase how they address customer challenges. • Answer customer inquiries about our products. • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements. • Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors. • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry (a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.).
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • A genuine passion for sales, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to close deals.
  • An understanding of how to cultivate client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Social intelligence and the capacity to build lasting, high-quality relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success.
  • The ability to work independently.
