Professional Experience Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design, with at least 2-3 years in a formal leadership or mentoring role within a high-growth or enterprise environment. Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, showcasing complex system-level thinking, and—most importantly—the business impact of your work. Industry Context: Experience shipping large-scale, consumer-facing, or complex B2B products across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android). Technical Mastery Design Systems: Expert-level proficiency in building, maintaining, and scaling Design Systems using tools like Figma.
