Job Description
• Manage 3 to 5 large E&C accounts;
• Drive client satisfaction and grow strategic account revenue;
• Collaborate with solution teams to develop innovative accelerators and IP;
• Travel to client sites up to 50% of the time;
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of in E&C or project-based industries, with enterprise consulting or account leadership experience;
- Proven success in managing and growing strategic accounts;
- Strong knowledge of construction workflows (field-to-office, project controls, etc.);
- Familiarity with popular ERP solutions for project-centric firms (Oracle/Primavera, SAP, etc.);
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Extra edge: PMP, Lean Six Sigma certifications.
- Language skills: English: Proficient
