Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS, professional services, or B2B environment
- Proven record of client retention and account growth
- Familiarity with performance metrics and client satisfaction measurement
- Project coordination experience
- Experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders
- Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 USD, based on experience and industry background
- Performance-based bonuses or commission opportunities may apply
