Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in personally leading technical content development initiatives.
- Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, preferably in a relevant industry or field.
- Experience in the analytics/AI software domain or a background in creating technology-related content is preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, organize, write, and edit compelling technical content.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration with technical experts.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a strong editorial point of view.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels—setting direction while personally creating content.
- Strong judgment around narrative focus, content prioritization, and quality.
- Clear and concise communication of complex information to various audiences.
- Maintaining style consistency across related documents.
- Managing content development and refresh schedules.
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrate a consistent ability to generate a substantial volume and variety of high-quality content.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical or business audience.
